No, nghtvision glasses are infrared, the opposite frequency of light.
We can't see ultraviolets because the frequency is too high.

The night vision using special glasses and an infrared lightbub to light the subject withour the visibles frequencies of the light...

even you cannot see them, Ultraviolets are there.Be carrefull to sunburns.
