Work on yourself!

What are YOUR dreams and goals?

Get out! Meet new people - NO - you will probably never forget totally but at least you'll make new friends

Ps: Took me 5 years to get over my first Bf - to find out that he's not the one and just be friends - not even good friends though!

It takes alot of time and determination, talking to close friends will help alot. Don't go on re-bound, it'll make it worse. Try hanging out with friends, meeting new people, spending time doing the things you enjoy the most, pamper yourself, go shopping, get a new haircut. Memories are never forgotten that's why it's called memories. Wish I could help more but i'm in the same position as you are. Sorry......but chin up!

no I'm sorry there isn't. Sometimes it helps to go with the memories..allow them to come out..then ask yourself...is this memory true? or is it a memory I "made up" ..also...consider that you have unresolved issues and need to deal with them by accepting them and letting them go. It's unhealthy to dwell but very healthy to remember things that happened in your life, it just means you experienced something very special...accept it..and vow to make more memories!!

Not really all you can do is take each day as it comes, Things do start getting easier and although you will probably never forget, You will be able to let go and move on... It sure does take a while though.

I think I saw Keanu Reeves do it in Johnny Mnemonic... I think you have to get an implant that wipes your memory and then start being a messenger of things kept in your head. Might call Neo and ask him.

Life is too short to waste it away living in the past. Find someone special and make new memories!!

you can't erase your memories but laughing worked for me. when i was said i watched funny movies and sitcoms. for some reason whenever i laughed i didn't think about what was bothering me. do fun things, eat what you like(don't over eat), treat yourself and reassure yourself often that things WILL be ok!

Time heals all wounds...you just have to give "Time" time to work. Find something else to occupy your mind.
