They used to not know a lot, but now that I'm of an age (32), I've decided there is much they can do about that stuff anymore.
I've got a tattoo also.

Mine only found out about my tattoo years after I had it done but they mostly know everything, apart from my love life that is!

Sometimes its hard to tell your parents everything! lol Im 18 and had depression for 7 months and self harm but ive never told them! Also ive never told them ive had a boyfriend or ive had my first kiss (they still think im soo innocent!!)

There are somethings parents don't really need to know and its just part of life. You can't as a parent expect your child to tell you everything that happens in their lives.

They know the teenage stuff they caught me doing but after I was grown, gone, and paying my own bills, it became nunya...none of yo business. I still respect my parents, there are just things they don't know and I hope will never know.

I'm 29 and I have one or two things they dont no about, one would shock them big time but not in a bad way.

There are things they don't know, sure. I don't really consider them 'secrets' because I don't think they need to know everything, especially when I no longer live with them.
