From waht you are saying I would guess and it is only my opinion, that you may be being controlled by the fallen angel satan.I do know for a fact that he loves to gain control over the weak minded and steal their souls from the everlasting love of Christ. satan was thrown from the kingdom of heaven because he wnted to have the same power as God and had a bad dose of I-itus. So the only contrl between satan and manis satan controlling man and that is only if they want him to for what ever reason. Sorry to hear you are believing this way. First of all you must be born again through Jesus Christ. Then don't ask Satan to do anything, in the name of Jesus command him. Jesus gave us power and authority of scorpions and serpents, which were representations of demonic power. Speak the name of Jesus and Satan will flee from you.

Please, don't be stupid. Humans can not command satan to do anything, he is an angel, and angels are bigger, stronger, smarter, faster, taller, etc, then we are. We have no power over these beings, except, and IF and only IF Jesus knows us, then and only then can we command satan, or a demon to leave.
