do you take vitamins? Do you eat healthily? Examine your diet and lifestyle, there could be changes you need to make there to help. You could try Indian Amla oil once a week, they say this encourages hair growth, not sure how true this is but look it up on google and read about it for yourself.

First, get a trim. Just to cut off the spit ends. Then, a deep conditioning treatment at a salon (cost about $40). Or you can get deep conditioning treatments for about $6 at drugstores or grocery stores; but they are not as effective. I recommend Garneir Frutis or Pantene Pro V. Then avoid pools and excessive shwering. Shampoo every other day. After two months if there is no improvements, see a specialist.

My mom's friend recommended that I use Dabur Amala hair oil. I've been using that since age 6. I've strong roots and long hair up to my butt. I still use that. I suggest you use it. You can get that at any Indian stores. If you don't like the smell of Amala, that's fine there is other types. Dabur has a variety of products to chose from. I suggest you try it too.
