5 bucks. "Identikid" and the local police or fire department should have them to distribute to the public. Also check with local schools and libraries. Companies that provide the service are often in contact with them, even sending out free samples.

go to your local craft store and get some ink or like a stamp pad and do it yourself, with your own finger print.
Or you could always go and commit a crime and go to jail to get a real one. (but I wouldn't recommend it!)
