I seem to always be tired and have a hard time waking up in the morning even after a long night's sleep. Is it my diet? My sleep cycle? Any suggestions for a healthy sleep and waking up bright-eyed and bushy tailed?

Remove all caffein and raw sugar from your diet. Go for a fast paced, 20-minute walk every morning -- EVERY morning. This will not only wake you up immediately and speed your metabolism for the rest of the day, but will also train your body to expect the walk and thus be more awake and ready when you climb out of bed.

I had the same problem, but didn't want to use prescription sleep-aids. So, I found SLEEP-RX. This product is incredible!!! I take it anytime I want a good nights sleep.
