If it isn't bugging you (sorry for the pun) too much, then put ice on it to bring down the swelling and numb the pain. Make sure there isn't a stinger still left in and pull it out w/ tweezers if there is.

If there's any sort of cut or puncture to the skin try some kind of disinfectant, alcohol swab, iodine, or neosporin will work.

If you think you might be allergic try some benadryl to control it till you get to the doctor.

Treating a bee sting
- Never pick or pull at a Bee Sting, as this will cause more venom to be injected.
- Break the sting off at skin level as soon as possible, by scraping with any sort of dull blade. Use a firm twig or anything with a dull edge. Use your fingernail only as a last resort.
- Wash the area with clean, cool water.
- Never use saliva or put your mouth near the area of the sting.
- Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling and pain.
- Watch the patient carefully for signs of severe symptoms and seek medical assistance immediately if severe symptoms occur.

Try putting wet tobacco on it, ice, baking soda and/or oragel or ambesol works well for the pain, also. The toothache meds do work to help the pain. You can also take Advil and/or Tylenol for the pain. Take some allergy medication if it continues to itch or if you feel like you are having any kind if reaction to it.

Make a paste of baking soda and water. This will draw out the poison. Apply thick, let dry, will flake off, then if it still hurts apply more. It will take out the swelling and the pain. This takes a few hours, but it will make it GONE!

ice compresses.

any of the OTC ointments like Cortaid might help a little.
An OTC antihistamine, like Chlor-trimeton (sp?) may help.

Being on your finger, the swelling IS going to hurt.

http://ohioline.osu.edu/hyg-fact/2000/2076.html if this doesn't help try what my mother did when I was little if you have a smoker around open a cigarette, wet the tobacco and place it on the sting for about 10 minutes and if you are lucky to have your mom around have her kiss it and I promise it will feel better.
