Are you referring to 1) a woman rejecting a relationship because the guy don't have or make a lot of money, or do you mean 2) how making/spending money fits into the relationship and how it should be done?
1) I usually make more than most the men I have dated. Sometimes this bothers the man, as I am more independent because of this. I don't have to worry if the guy isn't making enough to support me or a family down the line.
2) If the relationship is serious enough for the couple to join financial resources, then yes, money should be discussed up front and agreed on. If not, it will cause grief down the road. If one likes to save alot and the other likes to spend it all, there will be serious trouble later in the relationship. Alot of relationships are ruined because this was never factored into the relationship. You need to have the same values, or be willing to compromise on them.

What does "classifying money" have to do with a serious relationship?
If money is your top priority, then you should seriously re-evaluate what's important in your life.

Money isn't important if you love the person! However, there should be enough to cover all of the bills and not have to struggle or rob Peter to pay Paul. It all depends on the situation.... are you living together? just dating? There are quite a few ways to look at the situation!

I can't believe this. Money doesn't matter at all. Money is just some stupid thing people obsess over, its not even on the list for me.

it really shouldnt matter what that person mate because u should love them for the person they are not what they got...that is just a benefit not the reason from the relationship

The money really doesn't matter to me. if he has money cool. if not then at least we have each other. and if we have each other than we can get through anything!

Money is improtant, but its' not important either. I don't want a man for his money but I don't want him to want me for my money either. I want a man who can take care of himself, not take care of me.
