Generally speaking, when the scrotum becomes heavy with sperm, a man will feel very uncomfortable and the desire for release will become compulsive. The time it takes for the scrotum to become saturated will vary by individual.

yes we "men" do need to ejaculate but don't let a man fool u it will happen all by it's self in the form of a "wet dream", ejaculation while sleeping when the "production factory " is full. This is the normal function of the male reproduction system and it will happen whenever the production of sperm is at a high count. Every person is different but at least once a month will do

The truth?: There is no "need". However I have heard that there is proof behind the concept that if a guy doesn't every so often (at least a few times a week), that it lessens his fertility.
Umm how can it not be done physically?

I am 40 and three times a day is good. It would be more except for that damn work, eat, and sleep thing. My drive went down during long term relationships and when I got out of shape. Now I'm single, confident, in shape, and around lovely single ladies again, my drive and output is as strong as ever! My biggest shot is after three days off...much longer and it hurts...if you you go a couple of weeks it goes back down again and you will have wet dreams. I think that sex drive goes down in a lot of middle aged men because they are around middle aged women.

im not sure that it is a need but we want to at least on a daily basis, when we're young quite a few times a day would be nice, when we get older naturally the desire decreases i guess im glad im still young
