Depends if you feel comfortable in the ex's company should he return. Would be awful for them to exchange notes. Think carefully re this as it could cause some difficulties between the 2 brothers even tho the other married now. After all an ex is an ex and that usually means that you EXIT out of their lives

i think it is okay to date with your ex's brother as long as when you date with your ex, you two didn't have sex.
if you two already have sex, i think it will be weird in your bf's family gathering. (if you dating your ex's brother)
and your ex's wife will feel that you dating your ex's brother just to be closer to your ex. (maybe)

its not ok to date ur ex's brother, how will u feel if ur ex dates ur sister?sounds like incest.
