Too many reps, not enough weight, not enough rest between sets (do three minutes). Eat your fruits and veggies as well as lots of protein (whey and tuna are best.). Take your vitamins and your Nitric Oxide supplements. Check out the book Body for Life.

Often times it is a lack of education on the specifics. Many factors go into this one.First and foremost are your genes.Proper nutrition and rest have an enormous impact on your muscular development.I know all of this because at 14 I was 95 lbs.A few years ago i was winning competions for USA Powerlifting.I have put on a tremendous amount of muscle since my teenage years.Reply to this with some more specifics regarding your training and diet and I'll do what I can to help you out.No charge of course.Just like to pass along information.I know that I can help you.

I'm LOL... because a person is born, not built. Building are built.
Now... if you want to "build" muscles... then that takes time. I suggest you speak with a personal trainer. It depends on your diet your age, etc.

I think its hard for some people because they are so out of shape and getting in shape is no trip to Hawaii. Try riding your bike or running everyday or do a 100 sit-ups at night before you go to bed. Because I do.

probably because of plateaus. after 4-6 weeks change your workout routine to have have your body readjust to something new........... increase weight by 5 - 10 pounds, more sets, fewer reps. Slow cardio, such as walking uphill at a 2.6 pace may also help your glutes.

because people grow, they aren't built.
it's a process that takes time, it doesn't happen overnight.
