Yes, the conditions added are not only understandable, but very much appreciable. In other words, what you are asking is the experience of the answerer, if possible, or atleast the logical reasoning about God !
When there is an experience, it simply cannot be put into words, because words are so far created to be used for communicating only the perceptions of our sense organs and the logical conclusions arrived at from such perceptions.
For an opinion, yes, there has to be a God, because there is an origin for everything around us. And science has advanced enough to allow us to reasonably conclude that there could be only one origin for everything around, since we could know matter at its sub-atomic levels. Now the about the creator of God, it is very difficult to explain why there cannot be a creator of God, because first of all proving the 'existence' itself is a problem posed by the perceptional limitations of the person who has not evolved beyond receiving any experience other than through sense organs.

Yes, I believe in God. But,this is probably not the same God you are thinking about. I believe God is the ground of all being, the lover of creation, that we are all in God and that through the soul we experience God of life.

Why should I believe in God? Has anyone asked God if he believes in me? But don't bother, I don't think there is a God you can ask anything to.
