Use some hot foccacia bread. Spread a already made pesto sauce on one side, add provolone cheese, ham and turkey. Place some roasted red peppers in the middle. This will make an excellent sandwich!

Sliced roast turkey, cheddar cheese, bacon and a touch of sour cream. This works well for a grilled sandwich as well, especially on a sourdough bread.

Lettuce, Mayo, Tomato slices... nice Silverside Beef, maybe some thin slices of Cucumber, with LOTS of butter.
Or spread some crushed black olives, or olive paste, on the buttered bread and garnish with rosemary or fresh fennel....hmmm
