Eastern European is cheaper than Western Europe. All of Europe has tons of great sites so it really depends on what you want to do.

well, there are a few but you can easily travel through different European countries by train or bus and it isn't expensive and it's all the same currency!
If I were you, I'd start in Athens, Greece and stay there for a couple of days. You could also visit some islands. Then come Rome and Milano in Italy, then Barcelona and Madrid in Spain, Paris is beautiful, in Belgium you should go to Brussels, Antwerp and Brughe, in Germany Berlin, and in Holland Amsterdam.

Check out France. Paris is a lot of fun...you've got the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, the Musee d'Orsay, the Pompidou Center, the Rodin Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Montmartre, Moulin Rouge, and the list goes on. There are also daytrips to places such as Versailles, Normandy, Mont-Saint-Michel. There are several nightclubs and discotheques in Paris.
It can be expensive in Paris...but you can also do some price-checking and find a great bargain. Most all restaurants and cafes have their menus posted outside, so you can check the selection and prices before making a decision to go in.
