I'm having the same problem myself; the only thing I have found to work is to stop him when he starts his little dance. I pick him up and move him or I will spray him in the face with a squirt bottle. It has been helping, I haven't noticed him going anywhere.

We also did take care of the cats roaming in the yard, it helped but didn't completely stop him so that is why I have gone to doing the other things.

I find that placing them in a large sack, hanging that from beam in my garage & then practicing my cricket bat swing a few times seems 2 stop this problem.
The down side is u have 2 buy a new cat every couple of weeks.

Forget that. As long as the threat is there he will keep doing that.

Either look for a new home for that one or the other one. Or learn to live with 'da smell'.

Sounds like hes marking his territory to me-this is something that most cats do-its in their nature and is nothing to worry about!! If he keeps it up for a prolonged period of time you should take him to a vet!!

Set up a small litter box for it. Then keep moving it closer to the main one.
