Weight (7/13/06): I will post on thursday, 7/13/06

PS: I will also do my daily exercise, i am an athlete i play a lot of football, kickball, soccer, and basketball, because i have camp every week day until august.

14 cups of water may be a little excessive try cutting back to 10 and space it out through the day to try and curve your peeing every hour. You are young and growing, while cutting out junk food is a good idea don't be surprised if you don't see much weight loss in a weeks time. At 12 years old and 80 pounds you don't sound overweight. You should concentrate more on reducing fat and gaining muscle which would potentially bring the scale numbers up. Good luck.

I think peeing every hour is abnormal.

PS: I always skip a year before eating another year of junk food (eating it really afects your weight).

I used to pee every hour, almost exactly every hour, but that doesn't mean theres something medically wrong with you, your body just might not absorb everything.
