Break the rope and eat all the grass he wants or better yet, just walk over and eat the grass because the rope is not tied to anything but the horse. The rope is only 6 inches long so it must be a toy horse. Toy horses don't eat much grass.

The rope is not tied to a post or anything so he is free to walk around and eat the grass.

Well the hourse I assume it tied up by the bridal, which would give the horse another at least 10cms (why the long face), so it would reach down and eat the grass. :)
