That's normal. Remember, what goes in, must come out. Water retention is what you have to be worried about. Not urinating. Not using the toilet would mean your kidneys are malfunctioning. In reality you should be drinking at least 8- 8oz of water a day. You'll feel much better in the inside and you'll have cleaner skin and lose weight. But you still have to exercise and eat right.

I think you've been sucked into the water drinking diet plan. While it is helpful and does have it's benefits, drinking water is not a magic cure all in terms of weight loss.
The theory states that it keeps your stomach feeling full and that your body uses energy to warm the water - hence you burn calories.
It is nice that it keeps you from over eating, so in that regard, yeah, drink 1 glass before a meal to stave off overeating. That's sensible. However, the calorie burn you get as a result of your body heating the water is fairly minimal. I've read that it is about 60 calories a day you'll burn. So over the course of a year, if you drink 1 gallon of cold water per day, you'll magically lose 6 pounds. Not exactly going to make you slim overnight by any means.
I would urge you to follow a healthful diet, get some exercise and drink water in moderation. Following these steps you'll find that weight loss can be achieved. Use a website such as http://www.fitday.com to monitor your food intake / calorie expenditures and follow sane / common sense diet plans to achive weight loss.
Good luck.

The only problem is, you LISTENED to the people who told you you HAD to drink a lot of water. It's not true. That's just an old wives' tale. Folklore. An urban myth. Debunked.
You don't NEED to drink a lot of water.
Drink when you're thirsty. Period. That's all you need.

if you drink lots of water you have to go to the toilet frequently, even if you share them every hour, you have to go to the toilet frequently too. drinking water is good, better than being dehydrated, but if you want to loose weight you have to exercise too, and change your diet to a non fatty and non sugary one! otherwise you won't be able to reduce weight. eat small portions of food healthy ones like veggies and fruits, and eat frequently so that you don't feel hungry and go for 30 min walks

Besides drinking water, regular exercise will help also. And sweating a lot will prevent having to go to the toilet a lot.
