I knew a guy in school but was'nt that close . This year , we got closer because of the school activities . He even asked for my email address after the school activity . My friends always said that he is very weird but very good looking and intelligent .But then ,he did email me . He also asked for my handphone no. and birthday . Should i give him ? I also caught him looking at me a few times . What does it mean ? But in school he acts quite cool and i dare not to talk to him ..

Try to befriend him. It's not bad entertaining some friends. If you are enjoying his company, then just go on. Smart and intelligent guys are such a turn on. You can go out with him and talk everything under the sun. You could even talk about your lessons in school. You will never get bored with smart guys. If you already accepted his friendship then you could give your other personal details such as contact no. and birthday. If you caught him several times staring at you, it means he is physically attracted to you but feeling shy to approach you in school that's why he's sending you emails.

Hi, you did some mistakes, if you want to evaluate or judge some one before making him friend it is better to not to give him/her cell number or email id or any your personal details. If possible than make a new id for him and give that to him/her not your personal one.
I don’t think that it is good to judge that person only on the advice of other person
listen to your friends opinion but don’t take decision only on that , talk to that person on general things spend some time with him keeping distance emotionally and physically with open mind , then automatically you will reach right opinion for him
Remember making bad friends is good than have none and a wise foe is better than a fool friend.

ur friends are not you. you both can have different thoughts and personality.
he approach you step by step. he first didn't ask u for your phone number so he dosen't bother you, he first start asking you about email. he is trying to build a relationship with you thru step-by-step and slowly. i guess he likes you.
about the wierd part, mostly all guys are weird, don't worry. he has alot of complex ideas come across in his mind (since you mentioned that he is intelligent).

ok the real question is are you interested. obviously he is either interested in you. so either he is a government agent sent to your school to intecept your leaking of top secret documents or he likes you and that is why he is asking you for personal info. so are you interested in him. once you have that answer for yourself be honest with him. to avoid any embarrassment to you or him don't tell him in public that you are not interested.
