Neither. The rhythm method has the greatest failure rate. Well that and also 'coitus interruptus'. Keep it up and be prepared for a surprise a few months down the line. Condom is the best option for drug free contraception. If u've completed your family why not a tubal ligation or vasectomy.

Lamb skin condoms are the most natural form of contraception....unless you think pulling out would work....but by the sounds of it, you want some kids....so why use anything that would stop it from feeling better

Had a friend whose parents used "natural" contraception.......it worked 12 times(even twins)

Use a condom with spermicide; much more reliable that what you are trying to do.
The rhythm method is a sure way to get someone pregnant.
