the clock tower?

theres a place called the clock tower in nowrwich. i ate there with my partner a few weeks ago and it was very nice. we want to go back again but have heard its shut down.
is that true.if not is it shutting down and when.

i was there today and it was fine, i think who ever told you had the wrong sources.
