Dad is the head chef at this Chinese Restaurant and I help out with deliveries in and out of the restaurant.... plus I am Chinese/Italian

Oh gosh too many but I would have to say a good curry beef and vegetables or chicken chow mein with crispy noodles.
Hey, that's cool about your dad being head chef in a Chinese restaurant, care to post some resturant recipes? lol Italian is my other favorite cuisine, so if your mum is a good cook also, I'm doubly envious! :)

I like most chinese dishes. My favorites are Hot and Sour Soup, Dim Sum, Curry Shrimp,Homestyle Bean Curd, and Chicken in Black Bean and Garlic Sauce. I also love those little custard tarts, and the pastries with sweet bean paste inside.

I like dumplings with soy sauce...hmmm! I like Filipino-style Pancit Canton. I love sushi and tempura. I like Chinese chicken curry too! Well, theres a lot more on my list but I´m beginning to get hungry....

For me all Chinese cuisine is fantastic. My personal preference is fried rice with beef and green peppers.

Tofu family style or chicken with vegetables- I think these are the same thing with different proteins. I eat wonton soup with them.
