priceline's special fares?

any reason to be weary of this?

It looks like the return flight is overnight but otherwise its non stop for both. is there a link as to what Priceline's "special fares" means?

none that I have known, as long as you use the ticket. I've had no problems. If you try exchanging it though, they don't treat as a regular ticket. It's more like a clearance sale with no returns.

As long as you don't mind flying the long way at off hours and with stopovers and no possibility of refund if you cannot go then.
