I guess I left out an important detail. Yesterday, I played 7 games of volleyball. I'm sorry I didn't mention that sooner.

Unfortunately, it can't be from too much sex.

You could be suffering from bruised ribs, as you mentioned in an earlier question. If so, you will need to see a doctor and get all patched up. If you have a bit of trouble beathing normally et al, unfortunately your own medicine cabinet won't help much.
If however, it might be strained muscles - maybe because you overstretched untrained muscles (I get this all the time cycling) then it's a good idea of keeping it warm. A bath would be excellent, but as you can't be in water all the time I also recommend something like Tiger Balm. Not sure if it's on sale in the US, but there are products like it, surely. You rub it on the skin, and then by some strange reaction you get all warm under your skin - it also stimulates the blood flow. It's not at all scary. Actually, after serious exhaustion and pain, it's better than sex.

What happened? You do too much gymnastics?
Get all you strength, call someone you know to get a doctor or some medical help. In the mean time, get a warm bath. That may help loosen your muscles.
That may be dangerous if something happens and you drown. Just get warm water and cover yourself with a towel and relax.
Sorry of the drowning part but better safe then sorry.

I suggest you get plenty of fluids in you and some ibuprofen every 4 to 6 hours. Also, make a doctor's appointment. It could be depression, fibromyalgia, or just a virus.

Your muscles are probably cramped. A few showers should help. But other than that I don't know what else could help.
Hope you get better.

You might have chronic fatigue syndrome. See an Alternative Physician in your area, lest you will be given pain meds that have side effects.

Try taking a nice hot bath, drink plenty of water and take a couple pain relievers. It'll go away....

Something must have happened to you. You should take a cold shower and get to the emergency room at once.
