I am putting out a finger food buffet for my cocktail party.

Cut it into small pieces. Serve alongside some Sister Schubert's rolls.

Slice thin but not paper thin and room temp. Set a few condiments out with dinner rolls. The guests can choose to make a finger sandwich or just the pork by itself. Easy as pie.
That's what we do with our beef tenderloin at Christmas parties.

While still raw, Cut into 1 inch cubes place 1 layer thick in pan or pans, sprinkle with brown sugar and pineapple chunks, Cut Green , yellow and Red peppers into strips and place in with the meat..bake in oven at 375* for about 25 to 30 minutes., Check for doneness (may need to go for another 15 minutes. ) when done spear with tooth picks and place on plate, You can decorate plate with single romaine lettace leafs,,, serve with small pieces of pita that have a garlic butter spread.or cream cheese.

Stuff biscuits cut in half with a thin slice of pork and swiss cheese.
Or make cracker stackers with ritz crackers, cheese and pork

Cut it thin and serve i with a couple of dipping sauces such as melted cheese or barbcue sauce. Place each meat with a toothpick sticking out of it.

Cut into bite size pieces, then toss in flour, beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs as you would for schnitzels, and fry them. Serve with sweat chille sauce or sauce of your choice

Once you've cooked it, try cutting it into small bite size pieces. That way your guests can pick up pieces w/a toothpick.
