Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I don't know what gives, but it could be that your metabolism is a bit slower because of your age? It does slow down as you get older. If you're still young, then the only other thing I can think of is that the cardio isn't sufficiently intense and/or that you're consuming too many calories. Maybe you're at your set-point. Maybe there's a medical reason. Really difficult to say without knowing more. Are you drinking 8 cups of water/unsweetened tea per day? That can stop weight loss.
Maybe you should add weight training on alternating days. You're not saying how often you work out per week. You should do 3 days cardio, 3 days weights if you want results. How long have you been working out?

I've heard that you can't lose weight if there is sugar in your body. Have not verified any truth to this. Eat as healthy as you can, avoid junk food and soda. Keep working out, stay active and sooner or later the weight should start coming off. I would also try some weight training to go with the cardio. Muscle burns fat faster than anything else. Just don't give up! All else fails, a trip to a doctor might be in order. Turn off the TV and get off the couch - that's my personal favorite. Worked for me.

It's all in your intake and outtake. You have to burn more calories than you take in. If you work out for 30-40 minutes but are still taking in a lot of calories you will not lose anything. Also, what are you doing the rest of the day? You just can't lay around and expect that little bit of exercise to help. One more note: if you just started give it some time before you see results. Don't give up, stay determined and you will see results.

First of all, think of the foods you eat and think of the foods you should eat. Try eating more healthy food and when you feel you need a snack between meals, then eat a healthy snack like carrots. Other than a diet, think about more exercise routines. Every morning, do stretches, yoga, or anything to warm you up. Schedule days to do different exercises. For example, Tuesday and Thursday mornings jog for 20 minutes. Something like that.

The key to weight loss is making a calorie Deficit.ie making a energy gap so the body is forced to dip into its fat reserves.no matter how much you exercise if you are not eating healthy food you cant lose weight.so first check out your diet.avoid sweet and oily foods.alchohol too

when doing cardio. try the system called interval training.thats a great way to fat loss. i would also suggest to you that add little bit of weight training to your routine. belive me it works

Go to your doctor, have your thyroid checked. I have hypo-thyroid. My doctor prescribed thyroid medication. Once I got my thyroid levels right, I began to lose weight. It was a lot harder and it took alot of life style changes but I was able to lose the weight. Do you feel tired and dragged out? Do you have any problems sleeping or sleep too much? Look on the internet for symptoms of hypothyroid and see if you have any of them. Good Luck.
