Cumming inside someone (male or female) is not dangerous itself, unless one of you has an STD which is transmitted in just this way.
Diarrhea is not specifically a symptom of AIDS or any other STD.
It usually indicates food poisoning.

If you're talking about butt sex, if you don't take a crap before, you're likely to get diarrhea after (the one who does the taking, that is). It's a smart idea to be regularily tested for STD's, especially if you have concerns.

It would be very risky because you and he could be at risk of getting any kind of STI's/STD's and HIV/AIDS.
Persistent diarrhea IS a symptom of AIDS but it can be from other things as well. Such as: Certain oral medications and/or something you ate.
