If two guys who have never been with a girl and r with each other and having sex, not yet, can that give you STDs

They can't have STD's if they haven't had sexual relations with anyone else.

If one or the other has a STD already then yes his partner could get the STD. If neither have anything and are sexually active only with each other then no they will not cause an STD. They do need to be careful though about tearing the rectal area. This can cause infections and can be very dangerous.

One or both of the partners must have either been born with and STD or have gotten one from a partner. Yes STD's can be passed from the mother to the child.

Two people having sex, if they do not take the proper precautions, can give each other STDs. Boy-boy, boy-girl, girl-girl, it can happen any way.

No matter what your sex partner says about their STD status, it is up to YOU to protect yourself. It can be truly a life or death decision.

If they are both vigins then neither will have STD to transmit to the other. But if either have had any kind of sex before then there is a risk.
