I think Indian Cuisine is one of the greatest cultural treasures we have on our planet. It's hugely diverse, exotic in the extreme, and totally delicious. Agree, Disagree??

yes, and its good 4 U too, we have lots of Indian ppl here, but don't forget the average person doesn't eat like that in India. That Indian food we get in the restaurants, only the wealthy can eat like that...and there don't share either...

You are soooo right, my friend. Indian cuisine is diverse, complex, and wonderful. When I was a kid and my friend's mom made it, I hated it. I was obviously brain damaged. But maybe that was the american version I was getting, you know? Or maybe from a different region. All the regions have variations and that is what makes it even more excellent and hard get tired of.

Totally Disagree. I strongly dislike curry (sp?) and that's a huge roadblock for me on the road to liking Indian cuisine...

Whenever I go to an Indian buffet I concentrate on their breads, rice, and chicken dishes, The veggies almost always seem over spiced and overcooked. And I'm scared of even trying the straight curries. Be sure to avoid anything green!!! And make sure you have plenty of yogurt and water on hand.

I cant handle curry. Read someplace that butlers in England never eat Indian cuisine because it gives you bad breath.
