Are there any herbs or vitamins anyone takes to help with their diabetic problem?

I just did a detox cleanse that cleans all your major ogans and your blood stream of toxins we put in our bodies on a regular basis also take fiber I notice a big difference since I started the cleanse. It is diabetic friendly and does not harm the sugar levels. any health food store should cary it.it is called renew life first cleanse they say to do it twice a year. I just read an article that fiber plays an important role in diabetes I started to take it and notice a difference in my body. good luck

You need to eat more protein to keep the blood sugar on an even level. Protein comes from animal sources, not plants, for the most part. Try ham and cheese as a snack, ( NO bread) or chees and a hard boiled egg.

Considered that what you've been told about diabetes is half truth.

especially if you have type I

Been having this problem myself & just found out I have under active thyroid..you should maybe ask your Doc about this to see if there is a reason your so wore out.......

Caffeine! (Best way is to make sure you have enough sleep/excercise though) Also, be sure fatigue isn't thyroid or other hormones like testosterone.

It might not work for everyone but you might try a sugar free Red-Bull
