There really is no fast way to get rid of genital warts. The best thing to do is get Aldara cream. This is specifically for genital warts. It is a prescription so you will need to get a prescription from him. I used Aldara when I had genital warts about 6 months ago and it worked great! Aldara cream is very acidic, so this can also burn you. It's important that you read the instructions. You are only suppose to use Aldara cream 3 times a week before you go to bed. If you use it anymore you can get 2nd and 3rd degree burns.

Also, Aldara can take a while to seem like it is working. It took a little over 3 weeks for my warts to completely disappear. So be patient!

The only other option you really have is to get them lasered off or frozen off. This can be really painful though. Good luck to you!

uhh... they usually have to be frozen off or burned off (by a professional/ doctor), similar to the warts that you can get on your hand.
this is the fastest and i believe the only way to remove genital warts. be aware that the warts may come back and you may have to go back again. (always practice safe sex)
since you are a male it should be easier to detect the warts on your genitals

I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but you will never get rid of them. You have HPV, ( Human Papilloma VIrus ). Once infected, always infected. They can be a small growth, or they can grow in clusters resembling brocolli. They can cover the tip of the penis or completely cover the opening of the vagina. The best treatment is surgical removal, but I assure you that is not fast. HPV is also highly contagious, and if left untreated can lead to cervical cancer in women. There is no quick fix; get yourself to a doctor. Above all, Practice safe sex (why do I feel I'm wasting my breath?). Once again: THINGS TO THINK ABOUT BEFORE YOU GET CAUGHT UP IN THE MOMENT. You may rid yourself of the outward signs, but like, Herpes, and HIV, the virus will always reside in your body. Outbreaks will occur.

Go to the doctor. My friend had them a few weeks ago and she went to the doctor and they put some sort of acid on it. It fell off the next day. Sometimes you may have to get a second treatment for stuff like that.

Once you have them you will always be vulnerable to their return.
One good way I've found that works to cure the effects of the genital wart virus is to cut your willy off.
Oooh . . . I've just noticed your name . . 'Johny' you should of used one. tut tut
