Ah, it's not that bad.
Just use a lot of soy sauce...and down it with a cold brew!

First off, I'm under the impression that you just ate pure tempeh in it's raw form. Two words on this action: Bad. Idea.

It's pretty gross like that, in my opnion, at least. There are plenty of tempeh recipes out there, so hunt some down. Take my word for it, something like teriyaki tempeh is absolutley delicious.

The tempeh I've had was super good!!! I've had it in stir fried veggs and in barbeque sauce on a bun. It was great.

You must try tempeh called fakin bacon. It is really good if you brown it in oil on low heat :)

BTW, it's TEMPE. It's a soy bean cake,originated from Indonesia.
I like to lightly coat them in flour and fry them.

it is really fantastic, isn't it? especially if you combine it with stir fried green beans or green peas and some soy sauce.
