53 3/4 hot dogs in 12 min. Isn't that disgusting? Yikes!!!
I would think they would have to make yourself sick to get that out of your system. I can't even imagine walking around with that in you. You know how bloated and full you feel after a Thanksgiving Dinner? I bet that is sooooo much worse!!
(I feel sorry for the poor guy that ate the 52 and didn't win....all that for nothing!!!)

I would think so. I heard on the radio this morning that the winner ate like 17,000 calories or something outrageous like that. Try walking around with that in your gut for a day...yuck!

no. i've seen the famous "nathan's coney island hot dog eating contest" on food network, and the reigning champion is a skinny little japanese dude named takeru kobayashi...he even beat other famous competitive eaters like ed "cookie" jarvis.

I hope so! If not, I don't know how they can cope up with so much volume. I am sure, they won't have another hot dog in their lives. God! Horrible!

Normally they keep it down, but some don't. It just depends on the person and how much their stomach can handle.
