Kyber tossing? I thought Kyber was a passage into Afghanistan...
for anyone to see that Rooney is a saint compared to Ronaldos diving, get real. intentionally hurting someones nether regions or diving to claim a penalty? big difference.
I notice that from emails and comments that most of the abuse is because of my nationality. What if it didnt say Scotland? Yes my natinal team isn't great. Iraq are higher ranked. I know that. I dont care! Coming from a country with a lower ranking does not give me a lesser opinion.
truth is Rooney stamped on someones baws. ronaldo done what a player on every premiership team does week in week out. Plays the ref. He isnt the only one. but that is the truth, as is the fact that Rooney cannot control himself on the pitch. Very few will accept this, why?
A scapegoat is needed, thats why. the commentators started this immediatley after the game and its getting as ridiculous as Rooneys injury saga. They cant blame Rooney so... its Ronaldo.

I agree with you! I'm from Scotland too but living in the south of Ireland. I see your name is rfc. Does the fact that i support the other Glasgow team matters to you??? Hope not because and if i'm a Celtic fan ... I support Rangers as i do any other Scottish team when they make it to Europe!!! I just love to see a Scottish team do well!
As for this web site you mentionned that's a disgrace! Of course they don't like Ronaldo, the way they don't like anyone playing with more style, more talent against the team they support! So well done for your response!
There is nothing wrong with Ronaldo at all! And if anything ... This guy has been fouled time and time again by each and every team Portugal played! Yet of all he got on with it and kept playing which says a lot about his sportsmanship. He's a greast player!
Having said that ... Should he ever decide to move to Glasgow, well you can imagine how i'd rather he joined the bhoys rather than the teddy bears (By the way my son's a Rangers fan too)

but i've gotta say that i think C.Ronaldo is a cheater and not a good friend/or Man U teammate ---see what he did to Rooney -- Bear in mind that Rooney fouled Carvalho, C.Ronaldo ran 40 metres to the ref to protest! Come on, what's that for?>>the ref already stopped the game! And after Rooney got sent off, Ronaldo kinda winked at the Portuguese dugout. Ronaldo has no sportsmanship. He hardly passed the ball to other players, he used to think he's a lone star.
Hope Ronaldo's changed, otherwise we'll see such talent and skill wasted on some narrow-minded footballer.

I'm not English just to start the answer off...but Ronaldo is a bit shady of a character. It seems as if he tries to instill conflict. He is a great player especially at a young age but his maturity and gamesmanship is sorely lacking (he takes a lot of dives). On the other hand, Rooney has difficulties keeping a level head--he isn't control of himself at points in the game. I'd compare the two to a cat and dog...Rooney is a dog and he just shhatt on the rug...he didn't do it on purpose, he just got so excited and made a mistake. Ronaldo is the cat who just shhatt on the rug, did it on purpose and is so happy when he gets away with it.

Completely agree Danny, first its taking two crocks to save them,
(funny I thought it was a squad game now).. then it was too hot..then it was Sven's tactics.....Now its "Free Willy" 3, Rooney. And of course if anyone should happen to make a criticism, they must be a weaker soccer nation so they of course never watch soccer or can make an educated comment.
To real Soccer fans, its been a great World Cup, its unfortunate that BRITAIN, does not still have a team there but we will enjoy anyway,
To the minority of England fans that are being slowly weeded out of the system, that come to fight, moan and criticise, get a life!

I think if Scotland were playing Portugal and Ronaldo pulled the tricks he has pulled for the entire competition there would be a pitch invasion and the bastard would be lynched. We Scots have never had any sympathy for these cheating ballet dancers over the years but now we are deluding ourselves because it was England. The game needs to rid itself of his kind of cheating i.e. provoke and react and the sooner some defender somewhere breaks his leg then the better for football.

What I love about the English is their crap loser mentality.

I'm not being funny but 'You Scots' are just jealous because you cant even get to the World Cup. Anyone can see what Ronaldo did was wrong but as per usual everyone is slating us. I'm proud to be English, proud of our team and proud to hate C.Ronaldo.
