My chest is getting numb and my throat fells like it's swollen. my eye is twitching and i'm soooo tired. what could it be, is it anxiety? i don't know why, i was fine this morning. but i have been really really stressed in the past 2 months cause my husband was cheating on me.

it sounds a little like asthma.....you could very well be have it and be getting asthma attacks as a result of stress.

It could be long-term stress. and if you're husband was cheating on you, then you need to come to terms with that first. You need to figure out why he cheated on you and resolve it so that it doesn't happen again. If it's past that point, then you need to move on.
But regardless of you relationship situation, the symptoms really do sound like allergies. You can also address this separately by taking Claritin over-the-counter. Good luck.

Go see your doctor. It could be an allergic reaction, or stress. It might be some other health condition that was brought on or did not show up until you were under stress. Get to the doctor ASAP.

It could be anything. You have to go see a doctor to do tests so he can make a determination of whats wrong and rule out whats not wrong and make a diagnosis of your condition.

You need to get to a hospital.This could be a lot of things, many of them bad. it could be stress too.
