WHY would you want to do this? the lower the bit rate the WORSE the track sounds, would you rather have 200 fantastic tracks or 400 unusable ones???

the option is to burn an audio CD from your software then re import the tracks using a lower bit rate although AAC or lossless encoders are better than MP3 for the file size (both availbale though itunes)
