It means "I don't want to talk with you."
Anta - a casual, informal way of saying anata (you).
to - with / also / etc. you know the usual..!
wa ... ditto!
hanaSHITAKUnaino - NOT talking ... the no is on the end because it's casual and conversational.
Only a small bit of misspelling in there after all...!

If it is Japanese then I believe you have misspelled it. That above, especially the first part, is nothing in Japanese. If spelled correctly in the English alphabet I could translate very quickly.
The first should probably be anatawa or anatatowa. That would mean you or some derivation of that.
The second part without kanji is a little more difficult. It could be about flowers or a nose.
Really it looks like it is really informal and possibly said by a female because of the no at the end.
