Perfection does not mean "all inclusive", in fact it is a word that by the very nature of its definition is quite exclusive in that it excludes all flaws.

For something to be perfect, it must include everything.
The presence of an imperfection in a perfect this is not a paradox. It simply means the imperfection is a necessary component to the greater whole's perfection.
