I want this guy a lot but we don't see each other and we talk a little how can i ask him out?

First you need to express your interest, try making a snack or something for him and giving it to him when you see him. Then see if he'd like to share them with you and start talking. Don't force the conversation, just be yourself and he'll start catching on. Before the end of this first talk, be sure to convey how you'd like to see him again and then suggest something...a movie, dinner, or whatever you think would be a fun time.
As far as a kiss goes, it's easy to say you should just go for it, but it's hard to stand on that pinnacle. First of all, don't feel rushed, when the moment of a kiss comes you won't need to think about it. Pressure only hurts the moment and can rush something that will be wonderful when you are ready.

Make him more comfortable when you are with him. Make him feel more secure and magnetic towards you by your words or some other means.. Make some kind of mystery for you in his mind too... so that he may want to know what you are doing now.. and want to be with you..
Then you dont need to ask him out. he will do it.. And Kiss ?
Kisses are just a step from here..:-)

first things first you have not said how you talk. there is loads of ways of giving kisses without touching lips you just have to use your loaf & try. If here lives near you tell him something is in your eye and go for it. Good Luck on your quest. Asking him out just ask dont be affraid

make sure its just you two and not via a third person . Say walk home with him . Then start talking about a movie then ask him if he would like to accompany you to the movies

1.ask him 2 see a romantic movie,when the romantic scene come u 2 it by ruslef or2. u can tell him that u got a wonderful gift for him but he need to close his eyes .and hwen he close his eyes do it!
