My ex used to snore and nothing worked. Just today I was reading about this gut who snored. He eventually had a heart attack, and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. They monitered him and one night he stopped breathing over 400 times. Urge your husband to get checked out.

If it's severe enough see if he will go in for a sleep study then they will determine if he has sleep apnea. If that's the case there are things they can do to help him. If it's not too bad just highly annoying on your part there are many over the counter remedies to try for snoring.

Try breathing strips. If that doesn't at least help, have his see a doctor. Depending of the severity of his snoring he may have sleep apnea. If nothing else, they may be able to prescribe something.

if you have health insurance - a CPAP machine worked for me - and my wife likes the 'white noise' in the bedroom ask your Dr for a sleep study - may refer you to a pulmonary specialist - I went from 367 episodes a night where i quit breathing for 35 seconds or more - to 2 per hour - then 'norm' is 5-7/hr My Oxygen content dropped below 80% and I never got to stage 3 sleep - and that means you never get to 4 where dreams occur he will be more rested and the sex gets better cause he is not tired appt time yet?

Stick a golf ball on his pyjamas. It will prevent him from sleeping on his back which usually causes snoring :-) good luck!

I don't know but if you find out please tell my missus, she says that I wake the neighbors up, two streets away.
If I fall asleep in the chair and she is watching TV she has to turn the volume up at least double so that she can hear it.
I sympathize with you.

If you catch him snoring, throw an empty cigarette box at him. It works with my dogs.
