The state of happiness, because then it pretty much makes no difference what your surroundings are like.
A lot better then the state of confusion you'd be in trying to decide on the strengths and weaknesses of any of our 50 states.

my uncle has visited all 50 states, and he has told me that wisconsin is his favorite... wierd huh... though the guy does love beer, so maybe that might have something to do with it, since wisconsin is a huge beer producer...!

maryland!!! it's so fun! there's ghetto maryland, which is PG county, my county, there's rich maryland, Montgomery county, or as we PG-ans like 2 say, MOCO, and st. mary's and fredrick and the rest. we r so fun and cool, and we can go 2 D.C. whenever we want because its so close!
