It's when you have a relationship online. It would be like if you had a 'fling' in real life. You would be attached to someone and be flirting online with other people at the same time.
And I don't care what anyone says, that is still cheating.

i thnk its when poeple have "relationships(?)" over the internet. not really sure if its technically a relationship. but yeah. oh.. isnt a fling like a mini relationship?? iunoo. but thats my answer. good luck wiht your search of the meaning of an "electrinic fling".
