I am 31, Australian, about 166cm tall, probably a tad over weight (curvy in all the right places) and damm single! I have been told that I am "nice" like its a bad thing! Is it? And why am I still single? Is there 'someone' for everyone and how long do you have to wait to find it? Sorry for the essay :o)

There is nothing wrong with you, but perhaps you are being too passive. Sometimes guys are, sadly, a bit blind to a wonderful woman right before us. Maybe you should make the first move towards someone you're interested in. As far as finding the right person, when the time comes that you find them...you won't have a need to ask. You'll feel a warmth to the depth of your soul and will realize the true meaning of happiness when your heart and spirit align with another person. Your soul's partner is out there, as sure as the horizon waits for the sun.

there is nothing wrong with u, believe me, u just haven't found the right guy yet! it will happend to u when u least expect it... it happend to me last year and i wasn't ready and i got scared although usually guys are the ones that get scared. just be sure to have ur eyes wide open because he might be right in front of u and u might just not see him and by the time u realise it, it could be too late. and there's nothing wrong with being nice! and i think u're still single because u look to much for the right guy and u don't live ur life. stop beatting urself up and start living because the right guy is one ur way, u just never know when u'll meet him. so, cheer up, my friend!!!

Some people (i know from experience) don't have what it takes to approach females and talk to them. Most of those guys are worth waiting for, but sometimes you have to initiate things. Look around, and see what is happenieng. If you notice a guy looking at you, then looking away, go up and start a conversation. It might take a bit to overcome his nervousness, but it will be well worth it.

There is someone for everyone, I am single at 33 and I know because I see it all around me - there is someone for everyone. As to WHEN it's going to happen - you know the answer yourself - when you are ready. Please don't say you are ready, you are not, you just think you are.
