sing bad day by daniel powter

Where is the moment when we need it the most
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost
They tell me your blue sky's faded to grey
They tell me your passion's gone away
And I don't need no carrying on

You stand in the line just to hit a new low
You're faking a smile with the coffee to go
You tell me your life's been way off line
You're falling to pieces every time
And I don't need no carrying on

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Well you need a blue sky holiday
The point is they laugh at what you say
And I don't need no carrying on

You had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Sometimes the system goes on the blink and the whole thing it turns out
Wrong
You might not make it back and you know that you could be well oh that
Strong
Well I'm not wrong

So where is the passion when you need it the most
Oh you and I
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
You see what you like
And how does it feel, one more time
You had a bad day
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

This is going to sound yukky but it works! I had my hair bleached for years so as a result ... it got badly damaged. My dogs hair looked better than mine.

Friend told me to do what she did ... Once a week, stick extra virgin olive oil on your hair, keep your hair well wrapped and leave it in for a few hours, then rinse, shampoo, condition. Let your hair dry naturally, when only a little damp, then style it but avoid straighteners. hot drier etc.

I did it for a couple of months, was about to give up (Not exactly great is it) When i noticed a change! My hair felt and looked better.

Obviosuly i had my hair cut slightly and after the two months ... Low and behold my hairdresser asked me what i had done! She never expected my hair to improve as it had. It's nice and silky now and doesn't get frizzy as it did,.

By using too many products and straightening it, you are in fact doing more bad than good. I would suggest going to the hairdressers, getting the damaged ends chopped of and starting again - minus the heat damage of straighteners and the chemical build up of too many products. Find a few good products that you think work, and leave the rest alone. I think all your bonce needs is a bit of TLC
PS - I find that Fructis Sleek and Shine works well at taming frizz. Use a good conditioner and a bit of hair serum.....and nothing else.

Maybe that is the problem: "all kinds of products on it"

Let your hair rest.
Wash it with warm water then cool it down after with a cold shower. No shampoo. No conditioner. Just let the natural scalp oils be allowed to breathe out again for a day or two.

Then try taking a gentle shower with a gentle shampoo afterwards and see if it helps.

Everything, if applied too much too often, can be bad after all.

Well my friend has your problem and she used a conditioner which repairs your hair in 60seconds, it tames frizz, restores suppleness, delivers ultra glossy shine and its suitable dry, coloured and relaxed hair.
Also a straightening cream so the straightners don't damage your hair making your hair dry and frizzy. Putting loads of products on your hair isn't too good for it.

If you go to the website www.urbantherapylondon.com and look for the 'twisted sister' range then look for 'thirsty hair conditioner' and also ' relaxing straightening creme'. The website will also have tips to do for your ahir and loadz more hope this has helped xx

Your hair type. People with dry, curly hair have different hair care needs than people with straight, fine hair. But all hair needs to be treated gently, especially when it's wet. Wet hair can stretch, making it more vulnerable to breakage or cuticle damage. That's why using a hot blow-dryer (or other heat styling products) on very wet hair can damage it.

Some people find that their hair gets oily in their teen years. That's because the hair follicles contain sebaceous glands that make sebum, which moisturizes the hair and skin. During adolescence, the sebaceous glands may become overactive, producing more oil than needed. As with acne, oily hair is usually a temporary part of puberty.

Many teens care for oily hair by washing it once a day - or more if they're active. As long as you treat your hair gently when it's wet, frequent washing shouldn't harm it. If you have acne, it's a good idea to keep the hair around your face clean so hair oils don't clog your pores.

If you're washing your hair every day or more, it may be better to choose a mild shampoo instead of a shampoo designed for oily hair. For some people - especially people with fine, fragile, or combination hair (hair that's oily at the crown but dry on the ends) - shampoos for oily hair can be too harsh. If you have oily hair and want to use a conditioner, choose one that's made for oily hair.

If your hair is dry, it's a good idea to wash it less frequently. Some people only need to wash their hair once a week - and that's fine. Many people who have curly hair also have dry hair. Curly and dry hair types are usually more fragile than straight hair, so you'll need to be especially careful about using heat styling products. Shampoos made for dry hair and hair conditioners can help.

Stop using straightening irons, as they burn the cuticle and make the frizz. If you want dead stright hair, which incidentally is so uncool now, get it straightened professionally, as at least this is just one treatment, and you can repair the damage over a few weeks by using a good shampoo and moisturiser such as Redken Extreme pack
Have you hair trimmed regularly by someone who knows what they are doing and lastly, take kelp tablets and an occasional course of iron.

Use a heat protection spray on your hair before you dry it. Also use an intensive conditioner like Aussie 3 min miracle. TIGI shampoo and conditioner's are also very good to use.

Try a home made therapy. Egg yolk with lemon juice twice a week. Herbal conditioner like Mehndi, Shikakai ( Indian names) also twice a week with good conditioner with low deterdent shampoo. Try this for a month and good luck.
