I agree it was an interesting question but think that it would not have got more than 50 or so responses had those responding not thought that they were really answering Dr Hawking's question.
No I was not the imposter.
No I would not be upset if you said you were gay!

i wouldn't be upset that i answered the question at all, as i probably would have answered whomever asked that question. i would be upset that people were misrepresenting themselves.

Hmm.. if you were an imposter then, then you could be one too right now , right? Maybe you are not -but are just right now pretending you were.

So, why don't I just believe it was Mr Hawking and be happy hehe. Besides the webmaster will be the one to make an advert of it at the top right? Whatever, the question was a good one!

It doesn't matter who asked. We are reading it, responding to it and hopefully thinking about ways to make mankind survive the next 100 years. No, I am not a bible thumper who believes the end is near. I just look around me at the ways that mankind has found to hurt one another and see us (mankind) as the most savage animal on the planet. We do need to get away from that mind set.

Dr Hawking is an impostor? then there is no big bang at the end of the universe? There is no meaning of time? There is no body in the chair?

Nope since it is a valid question that will get some to think about ways to acheive what was asked.

No. It's an interesting question, and it didn't cost me much to answer it. I'd be amused rather than upset.

Why should we be upset, it was a very good question, the sort that he probably WOULD have asked.
