chinese theme. How can I ask her not to copy my style? It's so annoying!! When I told her it's my theme she said oh well, it does not matter.

So, whats the problem???

Is it like, "I am wearing this dress, so you cant wear it too?"...

Is that the same theme on here? I dont understand women at all...

If a man like something his buddy likes, we dont complain if they get the same tools, or, does the same project... Shoot, we will be the first to help him out, in fact!!

If she copies your house exactly, then go over there and act like its your home and do what ever you "do" in your house...(tidy up or arrange things every time you go there, and it will simply drive her nuts lol!!!). You can tell her that your not "sure" which house your in, when your over her place, because it looks just the same, so you do what you do at home... (It may give her a hint, who knows)...

Besides, there are different Dynasties, in China, so help her choose a different one with different screens and all sorts of things like that.

I wish you well

Jesse

my evil friend does that to me too. talk back to her "it does not matter" until she sees that ur right she's wrong. if u want a peaceful way to resolve that problem then be extra nice to her and then try to coax her into changing it. or maybe just help her out with it and make two totally different chinese style living rooms and then go over to her house real often and enjoy the effects (and maybe sneak a few of her ideas into ur house). this answer is longer than any of my other answers because i also want to resolve this because it is a problem i come across a lot too.

Who cares if she goes for the same style, just make yours look better and if she tries to copy that too, ignore it, it's not that important.

First of all, you copied an entire country's style!

Secondly, imitation is the sincerest form of flatterey.

Tell her you want to do another style that you know will look hidious, and tell her in a way that'll maker her copy you. Tell her you are having yours redone and she can't see it until it's finished.
