to remedy this you should floss on a each and each day foundation. assume bleeding after flossing for sort of two weeks, besides the fact that it is going to lessen because of the fact the gums get greater healthy. Get a skinny floss. the main severe time to brush and floss is basically till now going to sleep as that as quickly as much less saliva is available to rinse the enamel. The saliva can particularly remineralize the enamel, so removing nutrients/micro organism between the enamel enables greater enamel floor to be repaired, in any different case the micro organism use the nutrients to make acids that consume away on the enamel.

Do you brush at night too?-_- It's probably more fragile in the morning , but there's no scientific background on this. Just try a softer brush or less strength on that floss. Eat more foods that are good for thehealth of your gums or see ur dentist about it.

You could have gingivitis. Which is the inflamation of the gums. This is caused by a build up of plaque and tartar due to improper brushing of your teeth. Brush your teeth gently and use dental floss. That should do the trick

Do you take vitamins regularly? Brush your teeth regularly, floss, or use mouthwash? Sometimes the reason why your gums bleed is because of a lack of proper care for your mouth.

It's more common in the morning due to build up of bacteria in your mouth overnight (hence morning breath!). Also if you're a smoker it will be harder to clear up, as smoking affects your gums healing. Corsodyl Mouth wah is very good, although the first few times it feels as though your mouth is burning - this wears off though.

Do you forget to brush your teeth last thing before going to bed?
Do you keep a sweet drink by your bed at night and slurp when you wake up thirsty?
Other than that, I don't know.
