No -- you're perfectly fine! I went through a year of therapy that included dream interpretation with a licensed Ph.D. clinical psychologist (excellent reputation); of course, all professionals have their own knowledgeable opinions, but my therapist said that, when I dream of a man -- ANY man -- he is actually the other half of myself-- the "male" aspect of my personality. Depending on how I interact with the man in the dream, I am trying to gain a quality, or rid myself of one (like if I were fighting with a man). Your cousin may have some quality you find very admirable and respectable - sense of humor, job success, high IQ - and you want this quality in yourself (chances are you already have it and just don't realize it!) Think of what you like about your cousin, and if there is any trait he has that you wish you had, refine that trait in yourself, help it to grow and flourish. Please don't worry about the dream -- the true meaning isn't in what you "see", it's in what it symbolizes. Hope this helps.

Dreams are weird that way in that they present scenarios that seem absurd and way out there. it doesn't mean that literally but probably that you want to get closer to your cousin and bond with them. It happens to everybody, you aren't the only one.

Nothing...dreams are just your minds way of processing information. You probably think your cousin is hot, but as long as you NEVER act on that, you're OK.

There is nothing wrong with that, I have had dreams of one of my cousins, because of a coment that she said to me about haveing sex with her, I don't know if she was serious but all I could do was dream about it, I would have never done it though. your good to go if its just a dream.

Theres nothing wrong with you. Everybody thinks about someone in their family at one point in time sexually. What matter is if you act on it or not. I saw my cousin naked one time and she the nicest **** ive ever seen and I even told her that but thats as far as it went.

nothing most likely,
just be aware that it might not have actually meant what u saw... the *Stuff* might have overshadowed something else like say the personality of ur cousin, which would most likely mean that either ur trying to get closer to him/her, or you want to be more like him ... stuff like that.
think about it

All it means is that your hypothallamus is firing random signals that the rest of your brain interpreted in order to form that particular dream.
i.e., nothing.
