Maybe your using the wrong products. Use the ones that matches your hair type. And maybe your causing your hair so much stress like hair irons, chemicals (dyes) and sprays. You have to let your hair breath sometimes. Be kind and caring to your hair. Now what you need is a hair treatment to let it grow naturally. Have it done at a good salon, ok. And stop harmful chemicals for 2 months. Hope I helped you.

Do you wear a hat to work? That will do it. Try vitamins and a different shampoo. and conditioner. Or you might be using to much product in your hair. Coating the shaft and drying it out so it breaks and falls out. Under a lot of stress.? Does it run in the family? Is either mom or dad losing their hair.

I think your conditioning is not good. Go for reguler shampoo preferably egg. Don't wear hat or cap. Also trim I mean cut her hair regulerly for about 1 inch once in a month. You first take good shampoo bath. You can yourself cut your hair at your home. Ask your husband, son, daughter or your mother to cut your hair. You see hair trimming is very essential in today's climatic condition. What you can do is after drying out your hair gently comb with big teeth comb. Take a hair cutting scissor (don't use tailoring or paper cutting scissor) gently cut about 1 inch of your hair. I would also suggest you to preserve the cut hair because you can yourslef notice after 20 or 30 days how long your hair is grown. Eat good food. Think good. Be happy. I can assure your will have a wonderful lovely long hair. Enjoy long hair. Go for various styles. Mind you you got to cut your hair once a month. It's probably just very dry, use a better shampoo and conditioner for brittle damaged hair.

If you can afford it, go to a good salon and ask for some redken products, they are expensive but they do exactly what they say on the bottle! I have the stuff for split ends and it really really works.

You need more vitamins and get shampoos that build up the hair and not dry it out or leave it too greasy.

Be sure to use a softener and remember to wash their hair each time it feel dirty or at least twice a week!

my hair changed into once plenty like this - very dry from straightening and bleach over the years, what you're utilising on the instant should be reliable and may help yet you fairly opt to end straightening your hair as that is causing the most harm and it is going to not in any respect boost in case you retain on, that is likewise significant to not wash your hair each day as this rids it of organic oils which help save the hair in large situation and to augment awesome do attempt to bathe it a lot less as a lot as available attempt dry shampoo in case you sense your hair receives greasy right away. It fairly may help like i say my hair went from being superbly thick and lengthy to short and damaged from bleach and warm equipment yet its began to augment now so save it up and it is going to get lower back to favourite. actually have widely used trims.
